New Patients

We see patients by appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate you on the same day your child suffers from injury or illness. Please give our office at least 24 hours' notice when you find that you need to cancel an appointment.

Daily walk-in appointments are available for established patients between 9 am and noon.

All co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services are required to be paid at the time of service. For your convenience, we do accept checks, cash, debit, and credit cards.

When requesting refills, please be prepared to provide us with the name of the medication, the dosage, and the phone number for your pharmacy. Please allow us until the end of our business day to get refills processed.

As a general rule, we do not process refill requests after hours or on the weekends unless it is an emergency.

For the convenience of our patients, we offer online registration. Reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting room by completing these forms ahead of time. Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your first visit along with these forms.
